The Hong Kong Society of Robotics and Automation (HKSRA) is a registered international scientific society connecting the global industry of automation, promoting progress in the design, research, new technology, manufacture, and application of robotics across the world.
Mission
The Hong Kong Society of Robotics and Automation (HKSRA) works to maintain and improve standards in robotics and automation technology. This includes establishing global industry standards in certification and safety; providing professional training, conferences, and networks for industry professionals in engineering, design, research, manufacturing, and application; innovation and research for a progressive future; as well as provide solutions in uniting technologies with the labor work force of the mass production industry in the looming future landscape of the mechanization of labor. As the exponential changes in technology will necessitate evolving public policy and anticipating changes in cultural, technological, and political norms, the Society is a proponent for exploration for sustainable solutions by connecting theoretical ideas and research with all other aspects of the robotics and automation industry as well as influential public policy makers.

Innovation in engineering, design, application, require innovative, sustainable solutions to help shed light to unite public policy for the changing landscape of the mass production labor force and its impact on global trade and production practices.
By sharing resources, research, best practices, upholding certification and safety standards across the world, and promoting these united efforts between cutting edge technology, groundbreaking engineering and research, and public policy makers, the Society aims to connect the Robotics and Automation industry as a community open to improvement, organization, as well as a global network for professionals to train and educate each other for a better, more sustainable future.
